Three Main Reasons :
First- I take tourists to the only region in the Kyrgyzstan,
Where still live true Nomads.
Last True Nomads of Kyrgyzstan.
And that region was allowed for non-residents to visit ,only in 2012.
Who are the Nomads?
They are the the people, making a living by raising their Cattle and migrating in the mountains or stepps or semi- deserts
They not making a living, by manufacturing the cars, or by growing the wheat Or by working in offices
All their income is their Cattle. And the summer pastures, in my case the summer pastures, high in Southern Kyrgyzstan mountains.
If the summer is good, then the grass and other plants , in mountains are big and plenty.
In other regions of Kyrgyzstan, people make a living ,by selling goods, cultivating wheat, vegetables, Working in offices etc.
Why people in the region I take tourists to, don't do all these things?
Because the climat doesn't allow to grow wheat, vegetables, fruits etc.
And there are not roads, transiting that region.
Only roads in.
Why people from the region I take tourists to, just didn't leave that region?
Why didn't they do the same As the people in other regions of Kyrgyzstan did ?
That is just to leave the high mountains and move to the valleys, where life is much easier?
Because people in region, where I take tourists to, were forced by the Soviet government to stay in that region.
Because they were the descendants of the Basmachy- The ideological enemis of the communist Soviet government.
I have to say :
Officially, there was never a law , forbidding to leave that region.
Not on paper!
But in reality there was!
In short Kyrgyz Nomads in that region till 1916
( time of Ürkün- revolt against Russian tsar),had only two summer months to go to the outside world.
And after 1917, revolution in Russia empire,( modern Kyrgyzstan was at that time,a part of the Russia)
the Kyrgyz Nomads from that region, were forbidden to leave that region .
This is the Reason Why ONLY in that region Nomads stayed as the Nomads-!
They just didn't have a choice but to stay as the Nomads!
In other parts of Kyrgyzstan,Nomads were encouraged by the government of the USSR to leave the high mountains, and move to the villages on the plains
And they lost the true Nomad' s way of life
I hope now you understand, Why the true Nomads can be found ONLY in the region I take tourists to.
I would love to say You can find true Nomads everywhere in Kyrgyzstan.
But that's not true.
Nomad way of life looks like very nice to the outsider.
High mountains. Green pastures.
Green Forests and cristall clear rivers
Pristine nature and Nomads in their Bozyui ( Yurts) and tents
With the Cattle grazing on mountain sides
But in fact Nomad life is very difficult!
Just one fact.
Do you know that the Kyrgyz Nomad woman Must! Milk the mares five (5) times a day?
And then she must Whip ( process mare' s milk) 300 times!
I myself lift 32 kg barbells.
Trek for many hours, non stop
So I'm quite fit.
But after Whipping a mare's milk in the Chanach (leather bag) 50- 60 times, I felt myself tired
Can you imagine a woman do it 300 times once?
And 1500 times per day?
And this is just one example
So Nomads from other parts of Kyrgyzstan were quite glad to leave high mountains.
Second reason:
I was born and raised as the Nomad
I did all the jobs, the Nomads do.
Raised the Cattle.
Brought from the forests and cut the woods.
And so on
So, I am not a stranger in Southern Kyrgyzstan mountains, among the Kyrgyz Nomads!
Third and main reason.
True Nomads are disappearing.
They leaving mountains, for easier life in cities.
2025.
This is the year When one of the fundamental laws of the True Nomads was broken
It was a thousand years old tradition to welcome the passer-bys by offering them a dish of the Kymyz ( processed mare's milk. Not just mare' s milk, but the processed one-!)
This tradition gone.
Kyrgyz Nomad Traditions disappearing.
One by one
I've been saying for more then 20- years.
-" In one generation There will be No true Nomads left in Kyrgyzstan,Let's make a documentary and preserve at least on tape the true Nomad way of life!-"
But nobody listens to me-!
And I have no meanings to make a documentary on my own.
These are main reasons as to Why you should buy my tours

In the mountainous regions of Kyrgyzstan, and especially in the South,
where I was born. The population is 100% the Kyrgyz.
It is the male dominated society where the Russian language is of no use.
Simply because no Russian ever lived there.
And the Kyrgyz living in mountains never needed Russian language
Therefore it is a must to have the male Kyrgyz guide speaking fluent Kyrgyz
Familiar with the Nomad mentality
Otherwise you will not be able to talk to the Nomads.
Learn their life,traditions,customs etc.
Or without knowing their mentality unintentionally offend them
Especially if they use High Text Culture
In the only place in Kyrgyzstan, where I take tourists to
There is something ,which is called the high text culture
I am a Kyrgyz myself, but there were moments when I failed to understand the high text culture,
when Ak-sakals (Old respected Nomads),were using it.
It is very different of the culture of the Kyrgyz elsewhere (except the Kyrgyz living in the Afganistan)
If a guide never cooked and tasted Kyrgyz Nomad meals, how can he explain to you, what it is?
Kyrgyz Nomad Cuisine is a product of thousand years of selectionning the healthy ingredients!
You will have a chance not only to taste the Kyrgyz Nomad meals which have centuries old recipies, but also help to cook them!
The Nomads migrating from Nomad Land en mass
At least 30% of them have migrated!
A sad reality of the poor economics ( no jobs,no government support,no discount prices for the goods and services etc.)
In a word the government almost forgot the Nomads!
And the Nomads are leaving their homeland, searching for better life.
In one generation there will be not the pure real Nomads left...
NOMAD CULTURE, THOUSAND YEARS OLD TRADITIONS, CUISINE, HISTORY ETC. WILL BE LOST FOREVER. ..
(As an example one can take the Afgan Kyrgyz Nomads living in Wakhan corridor.
They just disappearing due to diseases, very harsh climate, war.Only couple of thousands of them are left.)
AND THEIR CULTURE DISAPPEARING
Your children and grandchildren perhaps will not have a chance to meet the pure Nomads in the Nomad Land and see with their own eyes ,how the Tribal Law works...
I have been trying to introduce tourism into tne Nomads life and give additional income to the Nomads, who are my brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles
My own uncle ıs a head of the trıbe '' Börü'' which means- the Mountainous Wolf
and I am next ın lıne to succeed hım.
Though I have to admit I am not up to this job.
Well,I guess now you have some understanding about the Southern Kyrgyzstan, the Nomad Land, about me,my tours
